Lakes of the past

An exhibition showing 12,000 years of Lake District human history and how the iconic landscape developed has opened at Penrith and Eden Museum.

The special road show will highlight the past and present landscape of the area when a rolls into the museum on Saturday 22 November.

The road show will run from 10 am until 4 pm on 22 November. Penrith Museum is open from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday for the duration of the exhibition.
